REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains how subscription cancellations, billing, and refunds are handled for MYCOLOR services.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds.
2. Free Trial
If your subscription includes a free trial period, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
If the subscription is not canceled before the trial ends, the payment method provided during registration will automatically be charged for the selected subscription plan.
The subscription will then continue as a recurring monthly billing cycle unless canceled.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MYCOLORNY INC. and its payment processor to charge your saved payment method for recurring subscription fees.
4. Permanent Membership
Any permanent, lifetime, or one-time membership purchase is non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments, renewal payments, and lifetime membership purchases are non-refundable.
